Due to regressive situations that many regions of Iraq had faced , and degradation of many factors that assist to develop the economy in Iraq , Iraqi Association of Securities Dealers - Small business Development Center made several training courses to promote the private sector about how to start and develop small businesses outside Baghdad supported by PRT-Rusaffa , supervised by efficient teachers over July 2009 , especially after reforming the situation recently. The goal of those courses was to make realization campaigns to the regions populations and to add information about how to start businesses and develop them piecemeal. The courses included several regions outside Baghdad such as Taji , Tarmiyah , Abayechi , Meshahdeh , and Sab Al-Boor due to their need to such courses , those courses covered many topics and curriculums such as the work plan , marketing , business cash flow , using the computer in businesses , and using business plan in loan application. Many people had joined the courses , they were about 130 people of different ages , men and women , they had a strong willingness to learn starting businesses and developing them. Also there was a big contribution on the last day of the mentioned course by cooperation with Bashair for small loans and Baghdad bank. Their representatives in their turns explained the available loans types and the mechanism of applying to obtaining loans.
